Better With Age
Featuring: Carson & Glenda Pue
March 31 - April 3, 2026
Reflect and reimagine.
Better With Age isn't your typical aging seminar. We're not here to talk theory—we're here to tackle the stuff you're actually dealing with:
Who are you when the business card gets tossed? How do you love your adult kids without meddling? What do you do with the freedom (and challenges) of this season?
Over three days, Carson & Glenda Pue, along with some remarkable guests, will dig into what faithful aging actually looks like. Michael Gibney will address stewardship in your final chapters—not generic retirement advice, but real decisions about resources and legacy. Carolyn Bergman leads a breakout on dealing with loss (she knows the territory). And author Judy Rushfeldt brings insights from her book Dream Again, challenging us to break free from the "lockdown of the heart" and believe God for bigger dreams—because you're not done; you're being positioned.
We'll cover grandparenting, transitions, health, spirituality, and the ministry of presence. This is a safe space to think about your own aging, laugh a little, and recognize there are good things about getting older.

Before their marriage, Glenda was the team lead for the special needs department of an independent Christian school. Today Glenda does pre-marital education, encouraging individuals who have also lost their spouse, and encouraging parents of special needs children. She and Carson travel extensively mentoring cohorts of younger leaders around the world. Her adult children live between Langley and Alberta.
