Being Human Together
Barnabas Landing + Sanctuary Mental Health
February 17 - 20, 2026
Rediscover what it means to be human—together.
In a culture defined by noise, pressure, and accelerating technology, Sanctuary & Barnabas Landing invite artists to step away and rediscover what it means to be human—together.
This retreat is a space for creators of all disciplines to reflect and reconnect with the Source of their creativity. Through guided conversations, spiritual practices, and shared creative exploration, we will listen for the quieter truths that sustain artistic calling: embodiment, community, and the sacred rhythms of rest. We will explore how Christ meets us in our humanity—our limits, our longings, and our deep desire to make beauty that blesses the world.
At the heart of this retreat is rest. Nothing is mandatory, and every invitation is open-handed. Whether you need space to pray in silence, to sleep, to create, or simply to be with others who follow Christ, you are free to move at the pace your soul can bear. Our time together is meant to be a sanctuary—a place where you can lay down expectations, breathe deeply, and let God restore you through unhurried presence and community.
