Flourishing Pastors & Leaders
April 22 - 24, 2025
Speakers: Rikk Watts / Cherith Fee Nordling
Refreshment and new strength for your journey.
Flourishing Pastors & Leaders will be a more intimate retreat that captures the heart of our vision: to see Rooted and Flourishing Families and Leaders. We long for Christian leaders who are influencing their communities, the Church and the world, to come away and receive from Jesus what they most need in order to thrive: rest, encouragement, inspiration and friendship.
We are praying that these few days will provide refreshment and new strength to continue in your work of love and service. This retreat will be facilitated by Melissa Lochhead, alongside speakers Rikk Watts and Cherith Fee Nordling.
This retreat shouldn’t be confused with the Pastors Retreats that we run in collaboration with “The Pastorate.”

She currently enjoys teaching in the Open Table Community as well as in the MA in Leadership, Theology, and Society at Regent College, Vancouver, BC.
