STEVE BROWN

Steve’s heartbeat is to develop Christian leaders and invest in the next generation. Steve became President at Columbia Bible College in February 2024 after leading Arrow Leadership for 12 years, where he was President in North America as well as leading the global organization for a season. He has spent thousands of hours coaching, mentoring, speaking, and cheering on amazing leaders from around the world.

Steve and his wife Lea have three adult children, and he’s the part-time dog walker for two miniature schnauzers. He loves to run, hike, and bike, and he’s the author of several books: Jesus Centered: Focusing on Jesus in a Distracted World, Leading Me: Eight Practices for a Christian Leader’s Most Important Assignment, and Great Questions for Leading Well.

EVAN & SANDY WICKHAM

Evan and Sandy met and started dating in high school. They got married when they were both 19 and now have five kids– four boys and one girl. Since their 20s, they have shared a vision for planting a church in San Diego together and would often walk the streets of North Park praying for God to move in the city. Eventually, God called them to Portland to be trained as church planters for four years.

In 2017, they moved back to their hometown of San Diego to plant Park Hill Church. In addition to leading and shepherding Park Hill pastorally, Evan and Sandy serve as elders leading and guiding the church as co-equal partners. Evan and Sandy have developed important weekly family rhythms over the years–their Thursday date nights are non-negotiable, and every Friday is their Sabbath. Their family loves hiking together and they are all proud owners of a Greek tortoise and a golden doodle.
